Informative report D.Lgs. n. 196/2003:
(Code concerning the protection of private data)
According to art. 13 we inform you that: your data are filed in our data banks and are subject to electronic and paper processing in compliance with the above mentioned provisions and the right to privacy.
This processing is for administrative and accounting purposes only.
As they are collected and kept in accordance with the law and contractual obligations, no processing consent is required.
We remind you that the conferring of your data, although optional, is however necessary for the execution of the current relationship.
The data are processed by the staff of the Customer Service Office and the Administration, especially instructed and authorized to do this job in compliance with the rules, in order to assure high standards of privacy.
The data are sent to the competent Boards to accomplish the law or contractual obligations.
They won’t be released outside.
For further explanations about the above said and to exercise your rights of access, amendment, opposition to the processing and the other rights reported in art.7, you may apply to MEAT Srl – Referente Privacy – at the company’s address. The handler of the processing is the company as a whole.
